Gene Finding Using Evolvable Reasoning Hardware

We have proposed and developed an evolvable reasoning hardware (ERHW) already. In this paper, we apply the ERHW to the gene finding task that is one of the most important tasks in the genome informatics. We evaluate the ERHW using human and other living organisms' DNAs. The ERHW shows high reasoning accuracy of 95.8% and high reasoning speed of 280ns.
