The invention provides an intelligent adaptive control method for a heave and pitch device for an oblique rudder ship. The method comprises the following steps of: measuring state parameter information of the heave and pitch device for the oblique rudder ship by using a measuring system; converting the state parameter information into digital signals, filtering the digital signals with a filter, and transmitting the digital signals to a controller; selecting optimal control input of an intelligent adaptive system of the heave and pitch device for the oblique rudder ship by the controller; converting control signals generated by the controller into analog signals through a digital-to-analog converter, amplifying the analog signals through a signal amplifier, and outputting the amplified signals to an execution mechanism; and changing the whole system into a specified working condition according to the instructions through the execution mechanism. The invention has the advantages that the method is applicable to the system with serious nonlinearity, coupling property and time-varying property in the heave and pitch device for the oblique rudder ship, and has high control precision and good robustness.
