Adaptability of extreme pressure and anti-wear additives in different aeronautical oils

If the lubrication system of helicopter reducer is destroyed,gears and bearings will be at non-lubricating oil work state,which causes the reducer to be damaged in a very short time and creates disastrous consequence.The various 2% additives of T307,T321,T202,T391 were mixed with 926 and DOD-L-85734 aeronautical oils to make 12Cr2Ni4A steel pairs 45 min oil-mist lubrication experiments.The results show that the best effect of resistance wear is 926 aeronautical oil containing 2% T202 and DOD-L-85734 aeronautical oil containing 2% T391.The attrition volume of DOD-L-85734 aeronautical oil containing 2%T391 under oil-mist lubrication for 45 min is only 1/24 of the attrition volume of dry friction for 43 s.
