Reliability Allocation Optimization of Aero Engine Based on Grey Prediction Theory

The reliability allocation of the product is to allocate the reliability of the system with the components of the system. In view of the fact that there are many influencing factors in the process of reliability allocation, it is necessary in order to simplify and select the important factors to give priority to analysis. A multi domain expert rating assignment optimization model based on grey prediction theory is proposed. The model analyzes the relationship between the number of experts and the final reliability allocation results. By establishing the equivalent evaluation matrix, the distribution factors are omitted, and the reliability of the system is redistributed. Taking the reliability allocation of a certain aero-engine as an example, by comparing the results of the reliability allocation before and after optimization, we get the better result of reliability allocation in the case of reducing the least influence on the reliability allocation result. The new model is suitable for the reliability allocation of large complex systems with multiple influence factors. It is mainly applied to select and eliminate the minimal influence factors in the process of reliability allocation, which has precise engineering value.
