Weight Analysis based on ANP and QFD in Software Quality Evaluation

Over the past two decades, considerable efforts focused on improving software quality to satisfy the customers needs in software industry, but it is hard to deal with the customers needs for its va gue and inexact characteristic. In order to evaluate software quality accurately and comprehensively, the weights of customers needs and the weights of technical attributes of the software are determined by ANP and QFD in the paper. An illustrated example is presented to show the application of the proposed model, and the results show that the weights of product characteristics and the customer s needs in HoQ (House of Quality) analyzed by ANP can make software quality more accurate and comprehensive in software quality evaluation.
