The invention discloses a modulation method of the generalized nonlinear signal and equipment thereof. The method comprises: each input bit vector in the bit vector group inputted is non-linearly transformed by using non-linear function for obtaining each sending bit vector; the standard modulation is carried out on the sending bit vector for mapping each sending bit vector on symbol and sending via the channel. The invention utilizes the mapping of non-linear function to carry out the related transmission between the pluralities of symbol spaces, disperses the single modulation symbol on thetraditional meaning to the symbol spaces for transmission, and establishes the binding relation between symbols via the mapping method, thereby obtaining the diversity gain and the coding gain.
