The tool changing system comprises a drilling device, a tool changing device and a tool frame, wherein the tool changing device is installed on the drilling device, and the tool frame is used for placing tools. The drilling device comprises a main shaft bottom plate and a main shaft installed on the main shaft bottom plate, and the tool changing device is installed on the main shaft bottom plate. Compared with the prior art, under the condition that the requirement for high precision of the machine is met, the distance between a transferring tool apron and a tool changer of the tool changing system is not limited by space any more, under the condition of the same space, according to the capacity of the tool changer of the machine, more tools can be arranged, and the automation degree and drilling efficiency of the machine can be higher.
