자동차 실내 열적환경을 위한 냉난방 시트의 성능평가

Research and Development for a climate control seat is performing vigorously because requests for driver's thermal comfort are increasing. The climate control seat using thermoelectric device was designed, manufactured, and tested. The performance characteristics of the cooling and heating system were investigated and analyzed by experiments for a mesh applied seat and an original seat, respectively. Test results show that the cooling and heating performance for the mesh applied seat was significantly improved in comparison with that of the original seat. Therefore, it is possible to provide rapidly thermal comfort in vehicle cabin using the proposed climate control seat.
