Toward SCORM generating based on semantic representation of knowledge organizer

Knowledge organizer is a medium to organize the objects of knowledge. The organizer that use semantic representations provide an advantage, because it can be understood by the computing machinery. The organized objects as resources to increase knowledge should be able shared through such as Learning Management System (LMS) which generally use a SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) as standard. The differences of standards representation should be resolved automatically by the system that uses a semantic platform. This paper aim to presents the possibility of lesson learning generation in the form of SCORM based on resources that have been organized using semantic technology. An essence of the lesson learning is to present a structured of learning objects. The main part of the knowledge organizer is knowledge representation that in this case using language of web ontology (OWL). To identify the main elements of SCORM lesson learning, this representation allows queried by SPARQL to find location and file name of the objects and their relationships to construct the structure of the lesson learning. Furthermore, the query results will be used for formation of the SCORM elements.
