Diskontinuierliche Innovationen fördern - Die Rolle von Idea Mirrors zur Unterstützung von Innovation und Kooperation im Unternehmen

In diesem Beitrag diskutieren wir die Idee, Konzepte aus den Bereichen der CommunityUnterstutzung und ubiquitaren Benutzungsschnittstellen auf die Forderung der Fahigkeit zu diskontinuierlicher Innovation in Unternehmen anzuwenden. Unser Fokus liegt dabei auf der fruhen Phase des Innovationsprozesses – der Ideengenerierung und kooperativen Ideenvernetzung. Kernidee des Ansatzes ist es, das kreative und insbesondere disruptive Ideenpotential des Unternehmens sichtbar zu machen und so die Motivation zur Ideengenerierung und kooperativen Ideenvernetzung zu fordern. „Idea Mirrors“ – grose Wandbildschirme – liefern dabei die Basis fur Gewahrsein („awareness“) und Wertschatzung („appreciation“) als Treiber der Innovationsfahigkeit.
