The surfaces condensation of wall are occurred by combination of various factors, such as indoor and outdoor air temperature and humidity, thermal performance of the walls, and air-tightness between walls. Thermal performance of the wall is significantly concerned with not only loss of energy but also preventing condensation. It effects on the improvement of occupants` comfort and resisting of building structure damage by condensation. The corners in steel stud buildings have the weakness in condensation resistance because these are composed by high thermal conductivity of steel. The purpose of this study has been carried out to evaluate the condensation resistance of steel stud roof and wall connection and compared various alternatives for preventing condensation.
