Mobile communication device having web alarm function and operating method thereof

A mobile terminal having a web alarm function and a method for operating the same are provided to improve the convenience of users by outputting an alarm signal after automatically accessing a registered website when a preset alarm time comes. If a preset alarm time comes(S230), a control part drives a web browser(S235) and accesses an appointed website through an RF communication part by means of a website address previously registered in a web alarm setup menu(S240). After accessing the website, the control part directs a display part to display a webpage the website provides(S245). Then the control part outputs an alarm signal according to preset alarm information(S250).
