Clinical features of occupational cervicobrachial disorder (OCD).

We have been dealing with the problem of occupational cervicobrachial disorder for about 15 years. These activities consist of medical treatment of the disorder in outpatient clinics, helping the patients return to their workplaces after recovery, detection by means of health examinatoins, and health care of the disorder in its early stages. In this report, major characteristics of signs and symptoms of the occupational disorder are described on the basis of our clinical experiences. In order to outline the clinical features, case reports of the disorder, analysis of the symptoms and signs of cervicobrachial disorder, problems of differential diagnosis, methods of the physical examination used, and the method of medical treatment are presented.
