In our century, human race gets older because the number of young people is less than the expected values. Thus, medical maintenance and treatment systems are getting more important. Besides, computer and transmission technologies improve consistently and they are utilized in many areas. For this reason, researchers contrive to benefit new technological improvements and instead of using old medical methods, they develop new and easy to implement and also cheap methods for old and disabled people. The most remarkable one of these methods is remote health monitoring. Therefore, we present a monitoring system for disabled and old people. The proposed sytem is a user friendly application, so it will be very easy for old people to use it. Because, many presented systems at markets are very complex and difficult to be used by old people. Ease of use is an important factor for disabled and old people. Also, the presented system can be easily used in patients' home. With the presented system, heart beat rates of the patients will be collected at determined time periods. And in case of an emergency state, an immediate alarm is emerged by the system then patient's doctor and patient's family will be informed with a message including the patient's health and location informations.
