The purpose of this study is to examine the Influence of Airline Ground Staffs Job Training on Organizational Commitment. A survey was conducted for about 2 months from March 1 through April 30, 2015 and the answer sheets from 242 ground staffs were analyzed. For data handling, SPSSWIN Version 18.0 and AMOS Version 18.0 were utilized. The conclusions were as follows: It was shown that four factors, which are qualification of trainer and contents of the training, training facility, attitude of trainees, systematic training process were found as factors for educational training for ground staffs. Attitude of trainees has significantly positive influence on organizational commitment. And systematic training process, qualification of trainer and contents of the training, training facility have also on effect on organizational commitment. This study suggests that airlines, should select human resource with high training receptivity and active attitude, and combine it with designing program which helps improve organizational commitment of ground staffs.
