Disclosed is a vehicle control device which includes a panel for contact with a user, a sound wave generating unit which is composed of a plurality of patterns formed on the panel, wherein the patterns have different shapes and heights, and generates unique sounds when touching the user, a sound wave sensor which senses sound waves generated from the sound wave sensor, and a control unit which receives sound waves sensed by the sound wave sensor and outputs a vehicle control signal corresponding to each sound wave.
