The invention relates to a forming method for no collar connection of two oil well pipes after the end of no collar oil well pipe is formed by upsetting and the equipment, especially a forming method for no collar oil well pipe by upsetting and the equipment. After two oil well pipes are heated at the same time they are set on the work station roll channel of upsetting forming equipment and the clamping cylinder (11) extrudes out to clamp oil well pipes tightly and lock mould. The mushrooming cylinder (19) extrudes out and the male mould (24) moves forward to form two ends of oil well pipes by upsetting. The core of invention is that after upsetting ends of oil well pipes are processed into no collar oil pipes or sleeve pipes. Because it is formed in one time by upsetting, the no collar connection of oil well pipe is realized so that the extension intensity is high and it is easy to treat accident. Connecting times are decreased so that the sealing performance of oil well pipe is improved; problems of blocking and breaking appeared when oil well pipes are connected; and the working efficiency is improved.
