Single channel MPSK signal and LFM signal separation using particle filtering

To separate a LFM signal and a MPSK signal which are overlapped in time and frequency domain and mixed in a single channel in the presence of environmental noise, a particle filtering based on Bayesian estimation framework is presented to jointly detect symbols of the MPSK signal and estimate unknown parameters of the MPSK signal and the LFM signal. Then the LFM signal is reconstructed using the estimated parameters. The computer simulations for the technique illustrate the performance of the separating result.
