Advanced Performance-Based Fast ReRouting Model with Path Protection

In this paper, the advanced performance-based Fast ReRouting model with path protection in the infocommunication network is proposed. The technological task of Fast ReRouting has been stated in the optimization form and presented as the problem of mixed integer linear programming aimed at maximization of the path bandwidth with the lowest performance from the set of calculated disjoint routes. Additionally, the linear constraints and integer variables of the number of routes were introduced in the model with Boolean routing variables. As a result, in the set of disjoint paths, the maximum performance route corresponds to the primary one, while the remaining routes are the backup ones. At the same time, the total number of calculated disjoint paths is defined by the redundancy scheme selected.
