Wissensbasierte Produktionsführung für flexible Fertigungsprozesse auf der Basis von zeitbewerteten Fuzzy-Petri-Netzen

In lean production systems decentralized decision processes lead to flexible control structures which enable production just in time and at optimum costs. These efforts are supported by the introduction of fuzzy technologies. The definition of fuzzified production targets can help to avoid controllability limitations in the local control facilities. Using only relevant process information simplified models allow an efficient decision process under realtime conditions. This paper demonstrates the application of a timed fuzzy Petri net as a model base for production controllers used for the operational management in manufacturing systems. Specialized model structures for different logistic concepts are introduces
