Plasmapheresis: a rational treatment for fulminant acute pancreatitis?

La plasmapherese semble un moyen logique, dans le traitement de la pancreatite aigue fulminante, de soutenir le systeme reticuloendothelial. 2 observations sont presentees; la plasmapherese amene une amelioration passagere dans un cas et definitive dans l'autre: le malade guerit apres excision des parties necrosees du pancreas et drainage
