Mobile Government

Innovating Government is high on the agenda. The contribution portrays chances and challenges in conjunction with a usage of mobile devices for e-Government. A co-evolution of mobile devices and Social Media has a considerable impact on the participation of users. Areas of impact are the following ones: feedback from citizens to administration, collaboration among agencies and citizen participation. There are several trends acting in synergy: Open Government, User-friendly Design, Knowledge Enhancement and Knowledge Collection.
