매쉬업(Mash-up)에 의한 라디오 및 오디오 DMB 콘텐츠에서의 인터렉션 디자인

This paper is a result of experiment and exploration of a mash-up content production for radio and audio DMB to reveal it as a format of enhanced interactivity with users. The user interaction with current radio and audio DMB programs has time delay because producers of radio and audio DMB do not allow listeners to participate in content production before it is broadcast. The program of "Maybee's Pump up the Volume - We the Radio: Special Edition for the Future of Radio", aired on December 22, 2009, at 8 p.m. on analog radio and audio DMB simultaneously, however, was experimented in 'mash-up' format by involving users in the production process before the show was broadcast. There was not time difference between the producers and users in terms of content creation. Listeners to this show comfortably participated in the process of mashing up content by using their cellular phones and audio DMB devices though it was a new experience to them. This study also reveals that mash-up production for radio and audio DMB is an efficient way of adopting web 2.0's suggestion that producers open their creation process to users to maintain their sustainability.
