An LMI Approach to Decentralized H_∞-Controller Design of a Class of Uncertain Large-Scale Interconnected Time-Delay Systems

H ∞_controller design for a class of uncertain large_scale interconnected continuous systems with N×N unknown but constant delays in the interconnections and time varying but norm_bounded parametric uncertainties is addressed. A sufficient condition for the existence of a memoryless robust H ∞_state feedback control law for uncertain large_scale interconnected time_delay systems is derived with LMI (linear matrix inequality) approach. Finally a numerical example is given to demonstrate the design procedure for the decentralized H ∞_state feedback controller.
