Review: reversible electroporation of vegetable tissues – metabolic consequences and applications

This review explores recent findings on gross metabolic responses of vegetable tissue induced by the application of pulsed electric field as well as discusses potential industrial applications of reversible electroporation./Este articulo explora recientes investigaciones sobre respuestas metabolicas de tejidos vegetales inducidas por la aplicacion de pulsos electricos. Tambien se discuten potenciales aplicaciones industriales de la electroporacion revers.
