Dissociation of the gas hydrate of complex composition during combustion

Experimental studies on the decomposition of a double hydrate at negative temperatures of sample, as well as in the presence and absence of combustion were carried out. The experimental curve for the duration of fuel combustion was obtained. Combustion of a gas hydrate leads to an increase in the dissociation rate by many times. During dissociation, both on the surface of the powder and inside the layer, an uneven temperature field were formed. Measurements using the Particle Tracking Velocimetry (PTV) method demonstrate that when modeling, both free and forced convection in a gas mixture must be taken into account.
