TRILLIUM: A Model for the assessment of telecom product development and support capability

This second issue of the newsletter focuses on existing and upcoming approaches for facilitating software process improvements. William Agresti's article describes how quantitative analysis of design artifacts can support process improvements. The article by Francois Coallier describes the TRILLIUM model for process assessments. Finally, Jean-Normand Drouin gives an overview of the SPICE project, which is an emerging international standard for software process assessment.
