The wire feeding turntable and the clamping and feeding mechanism are installed on the machine frame; the clamping and feeding mechanism comprises an installation box, a servomotor, a driving gear, a driven gear, a rotating shaft and an elastic component, wherein an output shaft of the servomotor is fixedly connected with the driving gear and drives the driving gear; the rotating shaft pivotally passes through the driven gear in a pivot connection way and is fixedly connected with one end of the elastic component with elasticity; the other end of the elastic component is fixedly connected with the internal wall of the installation box; the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear and drives the driven gear to rotate; the elastic component provides an elastic force for the driven gear to butt the driving gear; the driving gear and the driven gear are both provided with grooves, and a wire feeding passage is formed in a meshing position of the driving gear and the driven gear; and the installation box is provided with a wire feeding hole and a wire discharging hole which are opposite to the wire feeding passage.
