Vergleich von Metamodellen zur Repräsentation von Geschäftsmodellen im Service

Dienstleistungen sind ein wichtiger Antrieb fur Wachstum und Rentabilitat in vielen Unternehmen (Chesbrough und Spohrer 2006). Die steigende Bedeutung fuhrt gerade in technologiebasierten Branchen zu neuen Geschaftsmodellen, in denen Dienstleistungen einen wesentlichen Beitrag leisten. Beispiele dafur findet man in der IT, der Luftfahrt, der Medizintechnik oder dem Automobilbau. Begunstigt wird die Entwicklung servicebasierter Geschaftsmodelle u. a. durch den Einsatz von innovativer IT, wie dies Zolnowski et al. (2011a) am Beispiel von Remote-Service-Technologien gezeigt haben.
