Energy Recovery in Sludge Management Processes

edu.tw. ABSTRACT: This work presented a preliminary analysis of the energy recovery effi- ciency of sludge management. Using literature data, this work compares energy recov- ery potential from several thermal processes, including incineration (with electricity pro- duction or sludge pre-drying), supercritical wet air oxidation, pyrolysis, and digestion.
