Secondary syphilis presenting as diffused folliculitis

Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by a spirochete Treponema Pallidum. The disease is known for its various clinical presentations, dubbed great imitator, often misleading. Herein, we report a case of secondary syphilis that presented with generalized folliculitis.
