A model for use of multimedia & ICT in the classroom teaching of MBA courses

In this paper, a model for the use of “Online classrooms” for conducting the MBA courses is proposed and various advantages of this kind of a set-up are outlined. The limitations and problems of the classical approach to teaching are also highlighted. The feedback from students is collected on teaching sessions of a course on Operations Management conducted specifically using a standard Multimedia & ICT for drawing conclusions about effectiveness of such a set-up.
