Analysis of Factors Influencing PPP Project Performance Based on SEM

Considering different objectives of independent regulators,private sectors,government sectors and the public in PPP projects,and implementation of economics,society,environment and other perspectives of project,9 key indicators were proposed to measure the PPP project performance.By analyzing and comparing the existing influencing indicators of PPP project performance,3 key influencing factors and their 18 measurable sub-factors were identified and a structural equation model was established.The evaluation result showed that the PPP project performance was directly related to the characteristics of the project while the project environment and participants had relatively less influence.Participants' satisfaction,project function and project quality has the best explanatory capability.
