New linear codes constructed by concatenating, extending, and shortening methods

Blokh and Zyablov's concatenating method, constructions X, Y1 of Sloane et al., and AIItop's construction XX are applied to various codes to obtain new binary linear codes. These codes improve on the recent updated Helgert-Stinaff table of Verhoeff.
