SCOR과 시뮬레이션을 연계한 공급사슬 성과분석 사례 연구

The supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model is developed and maintained by the supply chain council (SCC). The SCOR model is a reference model that can be used to map, benchmark, and improve supply chain operations. SCOR provides companies with a basic process modelling tool, an extensive benchmark database, and defines a set of supply chain metrics. Many of SCOR studies have focused on the analyzing the companies process and model implementation of their SCOR, Performance evaluation using SCOR performance index. They, however, have some drawbacks still only to analyze the AS-IS and propose the TO-BE models without quantitative performance results. Thus, we propose the extended framework of SCOR reflecting the simulation technique that enables to show the quantitative performance by comparing the before and after applying the SCOR. For that, we first identify the their limitations by reviewing the previous studies and propose linkage between traditional SCOR and simulation methods. Then, a study on case study in applying the proposed framework based on the PCB manufacturing company is conducted to meature the quantitative performance changes and practice the cost-benefit analysis. The extended framework proposed in this study is expected to be utilized on relevant researches of evaluating the quantitative improvement by applying the SCOR model.
