Criteria for early surgical correction of concomitant esotropia in infants and children.

THE MAIN PURPOSE of this paper is to urge the immediate surgical correction of concomitant esotropia in small children and infants as young as 10 months, provided that: (1) the deviation is not fully corrected with glasses; (2) the estimated fusion potential of the child is high.
