Intelligent monitoring and regulating system and method for differential settlement of building structure

The invention discloses an intelligent monitoring and regulating system for differential settlement of a building structure. The system comprises a first laser transmitter and a second laser transmitter which are arranged from top to bottom, wherein a bubble level is arranged on the first laser transmitter; the lower part of the first laser transmitter is connected with a first vertical displacement adjustment motor by virtue of a first vertical telescopic adjusting shaft; a camera which corresponds to the bubble level is arranged at the upper part of the first laser transmitter; a vertical adjusting device connected with the second laser transmitter is arranged on one side at the upper part of the first laser transmitter; a laser receiving screen which is perpendicularly mounted on the ground is arranged corresponding to the first and second laser transmitters. The invention further discloses a monitoring and regulating method by utilizing the system. The system is simple in structure, high in durability, precision, and degree of automation, economic, practical and intelligent. The monitoring method is convenient, the data is accurate and can be saved for a long time, and continuous measurement can be realized.
