A Nonlocal Problem with Integral Conditions for a Hyperbolic Equation

The present paper deals with certain nonlocal problem for second order liner partial differential equation. While the boundary value problems for these equations are investigated rather well there are only few papers concerned with nonlocal problems ( see [l], [2], [3]. It should be noted that certain problems of modern physics, plasma physics for example, lead to nonlocal problems for second order partial differential equations.
