Meter Calibration Technology for the Digital Watt-hour Meters Based on Value Traceability

To solve the problem of poor reliability,impossibility in tracing the value and the lack of a complete system of the value transfer in digital measurement in the digital watt-hour meters,this paper proposes the meter calibration technology for the digital watt-hour meters based on value traceability.Firstly,we simulate the threephase power source sampling and get the standard digital power source of which the output data fit standard IEC61850-9-1/-9-2.Secondly,we calibrate the errors of the digital watt-hour meters based on this to make the accuracy of the standard digital power source be able to trace that of traditional electric energy standard.In this way the problem of impossibility in tracing the value in the digital watt-hour meters at present is solved.And then we develop the meter calibration device for the digital watt-hour meters,which achieves the functions of tracing the value,the virtual load verification and the real load verification of the digital watt-hour meters.
