The invention discloses a channel multiplexing method and device. The channel multiplexing method comprises the steps that a base station determines the transmission mode of a data business channel; and the data business channel is transmitted according to the determined transmission mode, wherein determined transmission mode at least has one or multiple of the following characteristics: the data business channel and a control channel in the transmission mode share the same resource; control information borne by the control channel in the transmission mode at least includes downlink scheduling authorization or uplink scheduling authorization or uplink and downlink scheduling authorization; and the number of the candidate locations of the control channel in the transmission mode is less than a preset threshold. Utilization efficiency of system resources is enhanced by the channel multiplexing method and device.
