Real time test-analysis system for pulse combustion dryer

Pulse combustion drying is a new type of drying technology. Due to the characteristics of oscillating flow produced by pulse combustion, it is needed to use dynamic real time test system. A real time test-analysis system for pulse combustion drying is developed. Adopting semi-infinite tube and catheter connecting the tested medium with pressure sensor, the problem of high temperature and resonance influence on measuring precision is solved. Using C++ as tool for software compiling, a testing and data collecting system is developed. The result shows that the system has the capability of multi-channel, real time collection, waveform display, condition detection, frequency spectrum analyzing, data storaging and printing.
