ONE NEW FILLING ALGORITHM OF ATTITUDE INDICATOR IN AIRCRAFT COCKPIT

The filling of sky and ground region within the attitude indicator of an aircraft electronic flight instrument system (EFIS) is a work spending much time and typically achieved by special purpose hardware. A novel rapid filling algorithm is presented which set up a boundary array and two horizon array, using two scanning ways, horizontally and vertically. The result of the algorithm emulated on PC has proved its certain application value.
