Research and Design of Wireless Sensor Network Routing Based on the ZigBee

Wireless sensor networks is able to be real-time monitoring,sensing and gathering a variety of environmental objects' information,routing protocol as one of its key technologies has recently been studied extensively.In order to reduce energy consumption and balance network pay expenses,this application has improved the existing ZigBee routing protocol.Using a combination of AODVjr and Cluster-tree routing protocol,depending on the different directions of data packets sent,select the corresponding routing.In addition,according to the parent-child relationship of the node in network,to determine whether the RREQ packets is necessary to broadcast near the nodes,thereby reduce the number of broadcast packets.The feasibility is verified via NS2 simulation software.
