Recent evolution in the technology and applications of Radio Frequency Identification Systems

The evolution of RFID systems, in recent years, is shown both from a technological as from an application viewpoint. Next to technological development, attention is paid to the business approach of organisations implementing RFID. From the applications’ side a wide range of new applications is presented and special attention is paid to RFID in supply chains.
