The invention relates to a three-dimensional visual processing method for a neurosurgical colored SW anatomy map. The method includes the steps: firstly, generating three-dimensional standard digital SW map data; secondly, generating an original data point set; thirdly, interpolating the acquired discontinuous original data point set by means of Cardinal spline interpolation to generate a profile curve of cerebral anatomical structures; fourthly, filling colors in an area enclosed by the generated profile curve by means of a point-by-point judgment filling algorithm; fifthly, building a visual platform by the aid of a Python scripting language; sixthly, storing the anatomical name and color information of an interesting anatomical structure in a one-to-one correspondence mode; and seventhly, displaying the name of the interesting anatomical structure in real time by reading the color information corresponding to the interesting anatomical structure. Compared with the prior art, the three-dimensional visual processing method has the advantages that the method is stable and reliable, convenient to implement, quite suitable for practical engineering application and the like.
