Decorrelator-based neighbour-searching multiuser detector in CDMA systems

A new decorrelator-based neighbour-searching (DBNS) multiuser detector is proposed for synchronous CDMA systems. It is shown that the DBNS multiuser detector with neighbour-searching radius r = 2 can achieve good bit-error-rate performance close to that of an optimum multiuser detector.
