TD-SCDMA Baton Handoff Strategy Based on Fuzzy Control Theory

In this paper, by exploiting fuzzy control theory, the optimum system performance has been achieved based on channel reservation and preemptive priority mechanism in baton handoff strategy. In this proposed scheme, the new voice call threshold is adjusted by using fuzzy control theory and the blocking rate with different attributes is controlled reasonably, which lead to the integral performance achieve optimization. The experimental results indicate that this scheme has outstanding advantages in controlling blocking rate, and the system performance remains stable in spite of the growing business through timely adjustment.
