Method for detecting the available traveling distance of electric vehicle power battery

The present invention relates to a method for detecting the available traveling distance of an electric vehicle power battery to solve the problem that the calculation of the remaining traveling mileage by using SOC is not accurate in the prior art. The correction method comprises a step of obtaining the current state of charge (SOC) of a power battery, a temperature T, a minimum discharge power P, a power battery minimum SOC value and a power battery maximum SOC value, a step of calculating the discharge energy of the power battery in current SOC value, minimum SOC value and maximum SOC value states according to the obtained parameters, and a step of calculating the percentage SOE of the remaining energy according to the discharge energy. The method has the advantages that the problem that battery SOC value and an actual electric vehicle traveling distance are not in linear correspondence and the available traveling distance of the vehicle can not be correctly reflected is solved. According to the real-time change of the SOC value, the SOE is obtained, the electric vehicle available traveling distance can be obtained correctly in real time, the application range is wide, and the method can be applied to any battery system.
