Service Chain (SC) is an operating technique mainly applied to improving service level. This paper illustrates the concept of SC and the advantages of SC over other methods like SCM, CRM and RCM, etc. SC should be the best way to give full-aspect, thorough and full-time service. Lastly it shows how SC can be adopted to increase the service level with case studies.
