Numerical Indication of Structural Stability in Dynamical Systems and its Application to Clinical Study

The definition of the structural stability in dynamical systems' theory was made by Andronov and Pontryagin. However, numerically the degree of the structural stability is not defined. In this paper we propose and verify its validity. Furthermore, we investigate the degree of the structural stability about the chaos of pulsation of human capillary vessels obtained from psychiatric patients. As a result, the chaos was structurally unstable in the remitted phase as compared with the symptomatic phase.
